Scroll modes explained
- **Auto** scrolls at a fixed number of lines per minute. Change it live with ⌘↑ / ⌘↓ or the hare/tortoise buttons. Best for a polished read at a steady pace. - **Voice** scrolls while it hears you talking and pauses when you stop. It waits ~0.15 s before starting and ~0.6 s of silence before pausing, so breaths and commas don't stop it. Best for natural delivery with real pauses. - **Track** listens for the words you say (on-device speech recognition) and keeps the lit line where you are. Best if you ad-lib, restart sentences, or skip. If Track isn't confident for four seconds while you're speaking, it behaves like Voice mode until it catches up. Track needs the on-device language model; Settings › Voice & Track lists the languages your Mac supports.
